The woman's biological clock has become increasingly important in our society as women choose to postpone their childbearing into their 30's and early 40's. Research over the last ten years has given greater insight into the understanding of the impact of this delay on reproductive potential. In this session of Women's Health Today, we will review what we currently understand about the biological clock and detail important strategies for women interested in having children later in life.
